Hello, I'm Cheryl Pozek, thanks for stopping by. 

My hopes is that you get to know me and how I started my real estate journey and find yourself a new Realtor that you know, like and trust.  

A bit about me:  I started my Real Estate career in property management, then appraisals and now as a Sales Professional.  Which definitely gives me a breadth of experience.

I have an enthusiasm and dedication to personable customer service which I feel is so sorely missing today, which I think sets apart from others.  I know that there are many great realtors in the business, but I am willing to earn your business. I pride myself on truly listening to my client's needs and connecting them with homes that best match those needs.  I want you to feel heard from the beginning or our transaction all the way to the end.

I like to say that I maintain an open-door policy.  I actually answer or return phone calls and emails promptly to ensure responsive, transparent and personable service.  (What a concept - insert smiley face) I love to keep up on the market trends and have built great relationships with lenders and other realtors to make sure I know the options available for my buyers and am able to negotiate the best deal where both seller and buyer feel like they are making a great decision.  Win-win is important to me.
